Description

Our stainless steel guard shacks are built to last, offering a strong and rust-resistant structure designed for everyday security use. Each unit comes insulated for comfort, equipped with prewired electrical outlets, lighting, and a built-in desk, making it ready for immediate operation once assembled. A 12,000 BTU air conditioning unit with heating ensures a comfortable environment year-round.

We currently offer three sizes to fit different site requirements:

4x6 ft, 5x5 ft, and 6.5x6.5 ft.

1. Columns

   • 0.04 in. (1.0 mm) stainless steel plate formed into 3" x 3" (75 x 75 mm) columns

2. Frame

   • Stainless steel square tube, 1.75" x 3" x 0.04 in. (45 x 75 x 1.0 mm)

3. Windows

   • Stainless steel window frame with 0.16 in. (4 mm) white glass

4. Door

   • Stainless steel plate with 0.16 in. (4 mm) white glass insert

5. Walls

   • 0.04 in. (1.0 mm) stainless steel plate with 2" (50 mm) EPS insulation

6. Roof

   • Stainless steel plate pressed into semi-circle design with insulation materials and waterproofing

7. Ceiling

   • Color steel plate finish

8. Base / Bottom Frame

   • 4" x 4" angle iron with 0.6 in. (15 mm) composite board flooring

9. Electrical System

   • Prewired

   • Outlets and switches: 110V

   • Standard configuration includes two 3-prong sockets and a switch
