Beetail Steel Industrial LLC – Shipping Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

Thank you for choosing Beetail Steel Industrial LLC. We take pride in ensuring timely and secure delivery of our products, including prefab houses, guard shacks, portable restrooms, storage shelters, commercial ovens, concession trailers, and restroom trailers.


1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Locations:
We ship primarily from our California and New Jersey distribution centers.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • In-stock items: 7–10 business days.

  • Custom-made or out-of-stock items: 25 days for production and approximately 35 days for delivery.

  • Large custom projects (e.g., prefab houses, guard shacks, trailers): 45 days for production and approximately 35 days for delivery, unless otherwise stated in your quote or sales agreement.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, weather, or carrier conditions.


2. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Estimated Delivery Time: 60–70 business days.
Flat Rate Shipping Cost: USD $250 (may vary for oversized items).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or international logistics.


3. Order Processing and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


4. Custom Orders and Lead Times

Many of our products are custom-built to order. Lead times are always disclosed on your quotation or order confirmation.
If a longer production or delivery time is expected, this will be clearly stated in writing before payment or contract approval.


5. Shipping Damage or Loss

Beetail Steel Industrial LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

  2. Refuse the shipment if damage is visible and contact us immediately.

  3. Save all packaging materials and photos of the damage for claim purposes.

If damage is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no cost to the customer.

If the item is accepted upon delivery and later found damaged, the customer must report it within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

All customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Beetail Steel Industrial LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Delivery Appointments

For large or freight shipments (such as prefab units, guard booths, or trailers), the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large trucks and that someone is available to sign for the delivery.
