Beetail Steel Industrial LLC – Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

At Beetail Steel Industrial LLC, we take pride in providing durable, high-quality products including prefab houses, guard shacks, portable restrooms, storage shelters, commercial ovens, concession trailers, and restroom trailers. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair, transparent policies that protect both our clients and our company.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage caused by mishandling, modification, or improper installation.
Due to the nature of our products, custom-built, special-order, or modified items are final sale and non-refundable unless confirmed defective due to manufacturing error.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement unless otherwise approved in writing by Beetail Steel Industrial LLC.

2. Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Customers must contact customersupport@beetail.store to request a return.
Our customer service team will assign a warehouse location for return and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number or a shipping label.
Unauthorized returns or items shipped to unapproved addresses may be refused or denied refund.

3. Return Shipping and Inspection

Once authorized, our customer service agent will provide instructions on which warehouse to ship to and issue a return shipping label.
The customer must ship the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the return label or authorization.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items will undergo a complete inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued after inspection confirms eligibility.
If the product is found to be damaged, misused, altered, or not returned in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may apply. Refund determinations will be based on inspection findings and the condition of the returned item.
Beetail Steel Industrial LLC is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. Customers are encouraged to insure their shipments.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after inspection approval.
Shipping, handling, and installation costs are non-refundable.
For orders cancelled after production has started, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Warranty and Repairs

All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty includes free replacement parts and free shipping for items found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.
If the product arrives damaged, Beetail Steel Industrial LLC will provide free replacement and cover shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer has the right to refuse delivery or report the issue immediately upon receipt.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the damage.
If damage is verified, Beetail Steel Industrial LLC will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items.
