5×5 Diamond Plated Mobile Guard Shack with Climate Control

This 5×5 ft Guard Shack is designed for locations that require a compact, climate-controlled security booth with easy mobility. Built from our standard 5×5 guard shack platform, this customized unit combines insulation, heating and cooling, and practical workspace features to support long shifts in varying weather conditions.

The structure is insulated with 2-inch EPS panels, helping maintain interior temperature while improving energy efficiency. A 12,000 BTU air conditioning unit with heating function (220V, SEER 16) ensures year-round comfort, making the booth suitable for both hot and cooler environments. The outdoor AC unit is mounted at the top to save space and protect ground clearance.

Inside, the guard shack includes a built-in worktop, providing a functional surface for monitoring equipment, paperwork, or electronic devices. Electrical needs are supported by a quad outlet installed below the desk, allowing convenient access for computers, monitors, radios, or charging stations.

On the exterior, diamond plate panels installed below the windows add durability and protection against impact and wear in high-traffic areas. The unit features sliding windows for visibility and communication, and a right-side access door for easy entry and exit. Windows are standard and not bulletproof, keeping the design lightweight and cost-effective.

This guard shack is mounted on wheels only, with no footings required, making it ideal for temporary or frequently relocated security points such as parking lots, construction sites, industrial facilities, gated entrances, and event venues.
